Abstract

|
Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the mycobacterium tuberculosis. Tuberculosis of the oral cavity is usually secondary to pulmonary tuberculosis but may be the site of a primary infection occasionally.
Authors experienced two cases of tuberculosis; the primary tuberculosis involving right inferior turbinate and nasal vestible in a 56-year-old female and tuberculosis of tongue tip secondary to the moderately advanced pulmonary tuberculosis in a 56-year-old male.
